David A. Bona Associates Architects was formed in August 1995. In June 1997, Kevin D. Kolb joined David A. Bona, RA and Bona & Kolb Architects & Designers Inc. was established. Since 1995, the firms have attracted a high-quality grouping of clients including Washtenaw Community College, the Ann Arbor District Library and the Cranbrook Educational Community. The architect's offices are located in a renovated building, designed by the firm, in Dexter, Michigan. In 2004, Bonnie S. Bona, RA joined the firm.

Bona and Kolb Building Company, Inc. was established in 2001. Kevin Kolb maintains an active Michigan residential builder's license. The company offers construction management services for homes designed by Bona and Kolb Architects and Designers, Inc. Our focus is to provide a professional approach to residential construction.
We have assembled a high quality group of subcontractors and suppliers, and we maintain excellent relationships with area financial institutions and title companies.
